Machine Characteristics :
(1) Adopt gun drilling (Outside chips removal) processing method
(2) Can process workpieces with coordinate hole distributed, workpiece fixed, tool rotary infeeding .
(3) Machine body and box body etc. basic parts are casted by super casting iron.
(4) Equips with special used coolant system , which is fitted with paper filter, magnetic filter matrix , high pressure pump groups and auto chips conveyor. Pressure and flow all can be adjusted, provide high pressure , large flow, high cleanliness cutting fluid for the deep hole drilling .
(5) Z axis adopt servo motor drives ball screw to realize the movement, Y axis and X axis are gear box control by manual .
