The Nook Miles feature is one of the most interesting additions to the latest iteration of Animal Crossing, and it deserves to be recognized as one of the game's highlights. In addition to providing a new form of currency, it also brings with it a slew of interesting new items, a unique flair, and additional terraforming capabilities. Because players are incentivized to complete various tasks, it serves as a sort of achievement system that is accessible through a convenient in-game application. Nook Miles are difficult to come by, despite the fact that there is a long list of useful and interesting items to obtain. Even if a large number are obtained at the same time, it is relatively simple to consume a large number of them at the same time, given the large number of assets that can be purchased - and occasionally repurchased.

On this list, you'll find 5 of the best things to spend ACNH nook miles on, as well as some that are probably not worth spending your money on. Although fun decorative flair will be included, the main emphasis will be on functional items as opposed to those that aren't.

Using Your ACNH Nook Miles on These 5 Things
Wind Turbines Are Not Worth It
NH would have you believe that for something that costs 4,000 miles, they'd be able to provide something a little more exciting or dazzling than a relatively plain wind turbine, wouldn't you? However, it does come with the rather interesting gimmick of spinning - ever so slowly, to be precise. And it might make a lovely centerpiece for a farm or garden, depending on its size. Even when it comes to power-generating mechanisms (solar panels), there are a plethora of interesting-looking items to choose from over this.

A Bell Voucher can be purchased.
The way things stand right now, NH allows players who have an excess of Nook Miles - or those who are looking to make an extra dollar - to convert some of their Miles into Bells. In addition to the fact that they are unlimited, this is a valuable feature because of the advantageous exchange rate.500 Miles will instantly convert to 3,000 Bells, which can add up to a significant amount of money if purchased in bulk. As a result, because there is no way to purchase them in bulk, it will be difficult to make a large amount of money from them all at the same time. In any case, it's definitely worthwhile to pick up several of them at the same time and pawn them at Nook's Cranny.

Personalized Phone Case Kit is not worth the money.
You can certainly customize your phone with this option, but given how small the phone model is in-game, it's a rather underwhelming visual. When you consider that the 1,800 Miles purchase is only valid for one time and that you must wait an entire day to receive it in the mail, it becomes clear that this is not a worthwhile investment. The word "meh" comes to mind when thinking about this book. Those who are artistically inclined and enjoy drawing custom images may find something useful in it.

To Purchase: Ticket for Nook Miles
An additional entertaining addition to NH is the ability to travel to the unknown terrain of Mystery islands via Mystery tour flights, which, along with the Nook Miles feature, is a great way to spend time with friends. You must first purchase a nook miles ticket for the reasonable asking price of 2,000 Miles to begin the process. Despite the fact that this is the cost of a single trip, these island getaways are usually quite fruitful - both literally and figuratively. Furthermore, not only can players harvest an abundance of valuable exotic fruit, but they also have the opportunity to mine for additional resources, catch rare fish/bugs, and even recruit a new villager.

Robot Hero DIY Kit Isn't Worth It
In addition to selling items directly, the Nook Stop machine also sells a variety of DIY recipes that can be printed out or downloaded. For example, some of these items have a high level of novelty or are extremely inexpensive, making them arguably worthwhile investments to make. This is also advantageous because the recipes can be obtained immediately rather than waiting a day for items to arrive in the mail.

Although some of these do-it-yourself projects are inexpensive, there are some obstacles to overcome that make them not entirely worthwhile. Not only does it take a long time to obtain the recipe, but it is also difficult to construct the actual robot on top of the already difficult 5,000 Bells requirement.30 Rusted parts (obtained by assisting Gulliver), 10 highly coveted Gold Nuggets, 1 Gold Armor, 1 Rocket, and a whopping 90 Iron Nuggets make up this impressive haul.

Roadside Lamp (Buy)
The Street Lamp may appear simple on the surface, but it is a pretty cool item to acquire relatively early on in the game of New Hampshire's development. The price of 1,000 Nook Miles is not only reasonable, but it also appears to be a good deal. Aside from that, it is a nice addition to a building or to the side of the road. There's also an element of practicality to it, as it provides a subtle, but attractive, light source during the evening hours.

Teacup Ride Isn't Worth It
Most New Horizons fans are well aware that the majority of the items available have a limited interactive element - if any at all - when it comes to playing them. This even includes things like the Teacup ride, which appears to be something that one could easily hop into for a quick carnival ride if they wanted to. It turns out that this was all a trick, which is a shame considering the 5,000 Nook Miles cost, which is quite a bit of money.

Stone Path is available for purchase.
Terraforming one's own island is one of the more significant and enjoyable milestones in New Haven's lore. The ability to lay down a dirt path is one of several abilities that are available from the start of the game. A number of other features, such as the ability to add and subtract from cliffs, are also available for players to purchase with their cash. The stone path, on the other hand, is one of the best to acquire early on, especially given its cost.2,000 Nook Miles will get you this item, which is both aesthetically pleasing and reasonably priced. Generally speaking, it's a very adaptable look that works well in a variety of themes and environments.

Silo DIY Kit Isn't Worth the Money.
The 3,000 Miles asking price for this DIY kit, despite the fact that it is considerably less expensive than the aforementioned Robot, is difficult to justify. While it is significantly less difficult to make than the Robot, it still necessitates the use of a significant amount of materials. Furthermore, aside from serving as the focal point of a farm setting, it isn't the most visually appealing design in the world. Alternatively, if you're looking for a tower-like structure, the lighthouse is a far more visually impressive structure.

Purchase a Permit for Waterscaping.
When I was younger, I used to talk to Nook and he would build me ridiculously expensive bridges. Those that cost at the very least approximately 100,000 Bells? Fortunately, once terraforming is unlocked, these will become a thing of the past. It is particularly important to develop the ability to landscape with water. In essence, it will allow you to build as many bridges as you want, for as long as you like. The 6,000 Miles price may appear to be a bit excessive at first glance, but in the long run, it is well worth the investment.
