[Intended Use]

[Test Principle]
With the real-time fluorescence PCR technology, this Kit is designed with specific primers and fluorescent probes based on the conserved region of the monkeypox virus to detect the monkeypox virus in the sample. The endogenous internal standard is used for this Kit to monitor the whole process of sample collection, nucleic acid extraction and amplification detection to avoid false negative test results. Both the detection probe and the internal standard probe have fluorescent reporters, which are distinguished by labeling different colors of fluorophores and independently detected in different wavelength regions.
